During a session, we'll discuss your needs and your preference for touch or no touch. You'll relax fully clothed on a massage table while I guide you through deep breaths. I'll use hand positions over your chakras, sensing imbalances. Using Reiki energy, I'll clear and infuse each chakra, sometimes incorporating crystals or sacred smoke. After, we'll discuss any imbalances and ways to maintain balance.
